1. Acceptance
By using quantfut.com you accept these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service. We may update these terms with 30 days notice to paid users.
2. Nature of service
QuantFut publishes statistical analysis and estimated probabilities of sports events. We are NOT a sportsbook, NOT financial advice, NOT a guarantee of results. Betting decisions are yours and at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or legal age in your jurisdiction if higher). If sports betting is illegal in your country, you may not use the service for that purpose.
4. Account & subscription
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly and auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until end of paid period.
5. Refund policy
7-day guarantee on your FIRST charge: not happy, write us within 7 days and we refund 100%. Subsequent renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel to avoid the next charge.
6. Affiliate links
Some sportsbook links are affiliate and we may earn a commission. This does NOT affect our recommendations — we only recommend books we validate.
7. IP rights
Model, picks, code and design are QuantFut property. You may use picks for personal use. Massive republishing, reselling or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantFut is not liable for losses from betting. Probabilities are estimates, not guarantees.
